  • Client charged with attempted theft after retrieving betting voucher from machine at Lonestar Park. Video was used by prosecution in attempt to show client was working with two codefendants. Client was found not guilty after jury trial.
  • Client charged with DWI by Dallas Police after police claimed she almost ran into them forcing them to take evasive action. Motion to suppress was heard by judge. Case was dismissed by state on date of trial.
  • Client charged with DWI by Dallas Police. Client admitted to being a little ''buzzed'' on video. After a jury trial the client was found not guilty.

2. Recent Grand Jury No Bills

  • Client arrested by Grand Prairie police for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Client accused of blind side attack of victim with brass knuckles. Presentation was made to the Grand Jury. Client was no billed.
  • Client arrested by Dallas Police for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon where he was alleged to have cut the face of victim with a knife. Presentation was made to the Grand Jury. Client was no billed.

3. Dismissals

  • Client charged with 1 count of Injury to a child (felony) and 2 counts of assault after finding his daughters attending a party they had been forbidden from attending. Once found the daughters physically resisted client’s efforts to take them home. Client would lose his job with any result other than a dismissal. All three cases were dismissed after a deal was reached with the state.
  • Client charged with Family violence assault, interference with 911 call, and unlawful restraint. We set the cases for Jury trial and they were dismissed on the date of trial.
