SaulsberryHouston, TX Mr. Saulsberry was born in New Orleans, Louisiana. He enlisted in the United States Army in 1986 where he served on active duty for six years. In 1992, after his active duty enlistment ended, Mr. Saulsberry relocated to Houston where he attended the University of Houston. Mr. Saulsberry earned his B.S. in Political Science from the University of Houston in 1998 and his J.D. from Texas Southern University’s Thurgood Marshall School of Law in 2002. He was admitted to the Texas Bar in 2003. Mr. Saulsberry began a general law practice in 2003. He is experienced in Civil Litigation, Real Estate Law, Business Transactions and Criminal Law. Mr. Saulsberry has handled hundreds of criminal law cases ranging from simple misdemeanors to serious felonies.
