Ms. Walsdorf, a graduate of the University Of New Mexico School Of Law, comes to Bailey & Galyen, from Florida, where she had a long and notable career as a Criminal Defense Trial attorney. Ms. Walsdorf is licensed in Florida and Texas, for both State and Federal practice. Being a member of the St. Regis Mohawk Akwesasne Indian Tribe, she earned an Indian Law Certificate giving her specialized knowledge of Indian Law.

Having a passion to help others and take on difficult cases, Ms. Walsdorf began her legal career in the public sector working as an Assistant Public Defender. There, Ms. Walsdorf successfully defended individuals charged with felony and misdemeanor offenses such as DWI, illegal drug possession, sale, manufacture, and trafficking of illegal substances, assault, battery, attempted homicide, pornography, sexual assault, child molestation, theft, robbery, burglary, arson and various white collar crimes. Ms. Walsdorf perfected her trial techniques as she consistently tried the highest number of cases while achieving the highest success rate of those trials in her office. Ms. Walsdorf's trial wins have saved her numerous clients from serving two life sentences and over 180years in prison.
